WARRANTY AND RETURN POLICES
We are a reputable, established business with an excellent reputation for innovation and quality products. However, occasionally, it is possible that one of our products is defective as shipped or may fail in normal use as a result of defective material or workmanship. Whenever that occurs and when product is under warranty, our goal is to stand behind our products and remedy the situation by ensuring we replace the defective product quickly and at no cost to the buyer.
Since we value both our reputation and our customers, and in order to maintain both, it is important that the following policies be stated and understood.
RETURN POLICY FOR DOMESTIC (US)SALES ONLY.

All products are offered with a 30-day " buyers remorse" return policy if the purchaser is not satisfied for any reason with the product purchased. The product must be returned to us within 30 days of receipt by the purchaser and be received by us within 21 days of receipt by the purchaser in order to receive a refund. Once we receive the returned product in undamaged, resaleable condition, we will refund the original item purchase price, less a 20% restocking fee. Original shipping and handling costs will not be reimbursed. Purchaser is responsible for all shipping costs for returned items are not reimbursable by the company.
Purchaser must request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number before returning any item (see Customer Service Contact Information below).
Only unused and resaleable items in their original condition may be returned for a refund.
Alternatively, at the purchaser’s option, the refund amount for any returned product can be applied as an in-store credit for a future purchase of any item on our website. In-store credits must be used within 90 days of issue after which time they will expire.
Original shipping and handling costs will not be reimbursed. The purchaser is responsible for all shipping costs for returned items which will not be reimbursed by us.
All products purchased have a one-year (1 year) warranty when used as purchased and when not modified or installed by the customer or user as a component of any other product. Whenever product fails in normal use as a direct result of a defect in materials or workmanship within the warranty period from date of purchase, we will at our sole option do one of the following:
However, you must first notify us to obtain a Defective Merchandise (DMA) Authorization Number before returning the product. If, upon receipt and inspection by us of the claimed defective product, we determine that the failure is a direct result of a defect in materials and/or workmanship, we will honor our Warranty promptly.
PLEASE NOTE: We cannot accept receipt of returned merchandise or honor any warranty or refund request for returned merchandise unless we have issued either an RMA# or DMA#. The RMA# or DMA# should also be clearly identified on the outside label of the returned Merchandise Package.

Once the returned product is received in our facility and the refund approved, we will process your credit within 48 hours of approval.
Once processed by us, the credit may take up to 72 hours to post to your account for credit card customers.
If the original purchase was made by check, a refund check for the credited return will be issued only to the original purchaser as payee and mailed to the original billing address unless the purchaser requests otherwise in writing or by e-mail.
We make every attempt to ship all items ordered together in one shipment. If we are temporarily out of stock on a particular item, we will ship the items currently in stock and notify you of any delay or back order giving you an estimated time of shipment of the out-of-stock item. Shipping charges for back-ordered products will be adjusted to ensure total shipping costs for the full order will not exceed the cost of shipping the full order in a single shipment.
We use UPS or US Postal Service at our option for shipment within the contiguous U.S. and Canada. PO Box and APO/FPO addresses will only be shipped parcel post. UPS will collect all necessary duty and taxes on delivery of Canadian orders. Notify us by e-mail for information on shipping and handling charges to HI, AK, PR, or USVI and for other overseas shipments.
For Flat Rate or discounted shipping where we absorb all or some of the shipping costs we ship by UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail (at our sole option) depending upon items shipped and/or destination.
98% of items purchased are shipped same day or by next business day after payment clearance and usually arrive within 3 (USPS Priority) or 5 (UPS Ground) business days of shipment depending upon destination.
We do not accept payments by check.
We prefer PAYPAL for all of our payments.
We also directly process Credit Card payments from VISA, MASTERCARD or DISCOVER at checkout thru Authorize.net, a leading secure and reputable payment gateway.
For Card-by-Phone transactions, please call Customer Service at 1-877-977-8986. If you can’t reach an operator, leave us a voicemail message with your name and telephone # and we will call you back as soon as possible to process your card payment.

INTERNATIONAL SALES POLICIES
The following policies apply to all orders to be shipped to destinations outside of the United States whether the order is placed by phone or Online.
Methods of Payment
In most cases PayPal provides the best option for expedited processing of International credit card orders. This method can be selected on the checkout page.
Your order will be invoiced in U.S. Dollar currency and your credit card company will bill you in your local currency at the then current exchange rate.
OnlyGel invoices include only the item cost and the shipping cost. The invoice does not include any taxes, duties and brokerage fees.
Import Duties, Fees and Taxes
International Shipments maybe subject to import taxes, duties and/or brokerage fees. Payment of these fees is the exclusive responsibility of the buyer (recipient). These fees are usually invoiced separately by the the customs broker or the shipping carrier and.
are specific to the destination country. We have no control or knowledge of country-specific fees, duties or taxes.
If shipment is refused by the buyer, the buyer is still responsible for any related import fees and/or return shipping costs which subsequently may be incorrectly submitted to OnlyGel by third parties. In this case OnlyGel will charge the buyers account.

OnlyGel uses FedEx, UPS and USPS International shipping services for order fulfillment.
All International shipments from OnlyGel require a signature of receipt. We cannot ship your order “no signature required”. So please ensure the shipping address you specify will have someone available during normal business hours in order to sign for the shipment delivery.
Please note that ALL INTERNATIONAL SALES ARE FINAL.
No returns will be accepted by OnlyGel for any reason (including possible Website errors that may exist in product description, such as dimensions, weight etc.).
If product as received is defective, or the shipment is missing an item, you must notify us by email within 3 business days of receipt. The email should include attached images showing the claimed defect along with your description of the defect. If OnlyGel agrees that the product is defective we will, at our sole discretion, either replace the defective item or reimburse the full purchase amount including the original shipping charge.Please do not return the defective item unless specifically authorised by email to do so by Onlygel.com.
If the package arrives damaged which causes damage to the product it is the responsibility of the buyer to notify the shipping carrier directly and to claim compensation from the carrier. OnlyGel is not responsible for damage to purchased items caused by damage to the package during shipment.
