We make every attempt to ship all items ordered together in one shipment. If we are temporarily out of stock on a particular item, we will ship the items currently in stock and notify you of any delay or back order giving you an estimated time of shipment of the out-of-stock item. Shipping charges for back-ordered products will be adjusted to ensure total shipping costs for the full order will not exceed the cost of shipping the full order in a single shipment.
We use UPS or US Postal Service at our option for shipment within the contiguous U.S. and Canada. PO Box and APO/FPO addresses will only be shipped parcel post. UPS will collect all necessary duty and taxes on delivery of Canadian orders. Notify us by e-mail for information on shipping and handling charges to HI, AK, PR, or USVI and for other overseas shipments.
For Flat Rate or discounted shipping where we absorb all or some of the shipping costs we ship by UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail (at our sole option) depending upon items shipped and/or destination.
98% of items purchased are shipped same day or by next business day after payment clearance and usually arrive within 3 (USPS Priority) or 5 (UPS Ground) business days of shipment depending upon destination.
Canadian and other International buyers are responsible for any additional charges such as duty, taxes, brokerage fees which may be due on receipt of the purchased item.
We prefer PAYPAL for all of our payments.
We also directly process Credit Card payments from VISA, MASTERCARD or DISCOVER at checkout thru Authorize.net, a leading secure and reputable payment gateway.
For Card-by-Phone transactions, please call Customer Service at 1-877-977-8986. If you can’t reach an operator, leave us a voicemail message with your name and telephone # and we will call you back as soon as possible to process your card payment.

We do not accept orders by fax or mail.
ELECTRONIC CHECK CONVERSION
When you provide a check as payment, you authorize us to either use information from your check to make a one-time electronic funds transfer from your account, or to process the payment as a normal check transaction. When we make an electronic funds transfer from information on your check, funds may be withdrawn from your account the same day we receive your check and you will not receive your check back from your financial institution. If you do not want your check converted for electronic funds transfer, please note that clearly on both your check and your order form.
